So I've gained 10 pounds or so. Ever since I got sick last year, it hasn't been easy getting back into shape. I have lost so much stamina and gained body fat in the most obvious of places. At least I still have my strong arms, I guess. The weather is getting warm so the time to step it up has come. I plan on jogging at the beach for an hour or two, dancing more, lift weights, go to a gym and of course stop eating crap. The source to my demise would be junk food.
By the Summer I will guarantee you that I will be healthier and in better shape than last year.
