My boy Moe asked me if I wanted to have a practice session on Saturday but I had to call it off so we rescheduled for Sunday, the day after. I wasn't too intrigued because my right shoulder and wrist are injured and I've been having some serious backpain; I'm taking medicine for it. Did that stop me? Fuck no hahaha I'm gonna dance till I die. I was with Moe, Chris and Arif.
The thing is I haven't practiced for months so I had to catch my breath every now and then but all was well. My tops are still ill, my footwork ehh a bit rusty along with my combos and I bruised my left shoulder a little from windmills. I had fun executing my infamous elbow-tip freeze, especially failing in my attempt to spin it.
I'm going to practice again with the guys on Sunday so I'm looking forward to that.
